Hello Thelma
Thank you for your query.
Home pregnancy tests are 97 % reliable - so it is almost sure that you are pregnant.
Also, please remember that to terminate the pregnancy, YOU HAVE TO SEE A DOCTOR !
Do not attempt to do anything at home by yourself.
There are life threatening risks like bleeding, infection, incomplete abortion etc.
You have to see a gynecologist, confirm that the pregnancy is intra uterine, have accurate dating of pregnancy, and then take appropriate medicines in correct dose.
A follow up visit to confirm that abortion was complete is also essential.
do not think of playing with your life , and consult your doctor.
Take care.
