Missed Period. Negative HPT. Taken Duphaston. When Do I Expect My Period?
Hi i usually have 34-36 days cycle. This month i missed my period. I took a hpt on the first day and it was negative. I took another in the 7th day still negative. I decided to go to my ob on the 10th day but before that i took another hpt with a different brand and still negative. She gave me duphaston for 7 to 10 days. Its my 8th day now and still havent got my period. When do i expect it? And can i still be preg?

Consecutive 3 negative pregnancy test confirms that you are not pregnant. Beside pregnancy, reasons for late period are hormonal imbalance, stress/anxiety, thyroid problem, ovarian cyst, wt gain / extreme loss, irregular eating habits etc.
You will get withdrawal bleeding within 7-10 days of stop taking duphaston medication. If you do not get your period, you need to undergo some relevant investigation after consultation with gynecologist. Take suggestive measures accordingly.
In the mean time, you must take balanced diet, avoid stress, drink plenty water/ fluid, keep bowel habit regular, do yoga/ light physical exercise, eat carotene based vegetables and take sound sleep.
