I am having mid to lower back pain below lungs. for the past two days my muscles have been sore and it seems worse than my normal period back cramps and have had uti infection and bacterial infection recently, I not sure if it is my kidneys are acting up or if its early signs of my period cramps. Im not suppose to have my period for another 6 days it seems early. Im just worried because im in alot of pain
