Mid Cycle Bleeding With Clots, Intense Cramping, Negative Pregnancy Test. What Does This Imply?

Hi, for the past few weeks I ve been suspecting I m pregnant (which if I was I would be about 7 weeks pregnant) but did 2 urine tests and they were both negative. Two weeks ago I had my period and was then certain that I m not pregnant but now I have thick brown bleeding with clots and a bit of cramping. What does all this mean?

Hi,
Thanks for query,
You have delayed bleeding due to hormonal imbalance.
The delayed bleeding when occurs due to mature endometrium have color of thick brown so nothing to worry.
if you have normal periods now then nothing to worry but If you have regularly gets delayed periods now you should consult your doctor.
