Hello and welcome to HCM,
the interpretation of the liver function is as follows:
The liver enzymes- AST, ALT are within normal limits.
Elevated gamma GT levels suggest some kind of obstruction in the external biliary apparatus.
Gamma GT can be raised in a number of conditions e.g. primary biliary cirrhosis, sclerosing cholangitis.
The antibodies which are done- ANA, ASM and AMA are done to rule out connective tissue disorders, autoimmune hepatitis and primary biliary cirrhosis.
A negative AMA rules out primary biliary cirrhosis.
Positive ANA is seen in various connective tissue disorders, however, it is not specific disease entity.
ASM test in gray zone should be repeated since a positive ASM suggests autoimmune hepatitis.
You need to consult your doctor with reports for further work up.

Thanks and take care
