Hi,

Thank you and welcome to HCM
I will be frank with you on this issue, you will not lose your memory or have any issues with your memories simply because you are masturbating. It is a myth and is not documented in any medical scientific documents. But in the other hand, they are far worst psychosocial problems that might affect your future relational life especially with your future sex partner.
So you will subsequently and gradually have to stop masturbation and by reducing the weekly frequency until you can finally stop. While some doctors might recommended masturbation as a perfectly healthy way of getting sexually satisfied without having to contract sexually transmitted infections or get a girl pregnant (unwanted), you will agree with me that addictive masturbation is not healthy and might affect your ability to get arouse naturally by a woman and you might end up having problems with the woman you will be with simply because you can get her satisfied.

Hope this helps and you need further information feel free to write back.

Thank you

Hi dear first of all remove all the myth from your mind about Masturbation.
Masturbation is totally normal phenomena & it has got nothing to do with loss of memory.
So...don't worry & concentrate on your studies.
If you are not able to concentrate or remember things, better try doing meditation..it helps a lot.
Other than that eat a healthy diet, stay active, exercise regularly, avoid stress, get good sleep, think positive and stay happy.
Best wishes for your exams.
Take care.
