MRI Done For Fibroids. Does Removal Of Fibroids By UFE Option Hasten Menopause?

Hello Dr. Grief,
I am considering different options on the removal of my fibroids only and have just started my journey.
Yesterday I went to have an MRI w/ contrast for the UFE option. I had a consultation with an intervention radiologist who has performed over 100 of these procedures. I have two concerns, the first being the substance that stays in the body for blockage. Why does it not pass through and what is the substance made of; should I be concerned ten years from now? Does this option throw you into menopause ? I am not considering children , but I would rather wait naturally for it to happen.

Thank for choosing HCM,
If the fibroid is causing you some trouble, Like pain, bleeding or any trouble which is life threatening, or highly disturb the routine, then it should be removed, but if does not cause any thing at all then no need to touch it, you must not worry about the menopause, because the this procedure wont causes menopause, but still I would advise you to discus it with the radiologist, Have nice Day.
