MRI Done. What Does Findings Suggest? Advice?

Hello I had a MRI done and wanted to know what it means in lot pain states that there is dessication without herniation at c2-3 c3-4 c4-5 perhaps mild disc buldging at c3-4 , the neural foramina are widely patent bilaterally at all three levels , c5-6 there is disc degeneration with loss of disc signal and height, there is shallow broad based disc herniation impinging upon dural sac. There is some compromise of the left neural foramen when compared to the right please explain what this means thank you

Hello.
MRI results mean:
1.-c2-3 c3-4 c4-5 disc intevertebral is worn but without herniation or compression of nearby structures.
2.-c5-6 there is herniated intervertebral disc that is compressing nearby structures (dural sac and left neural foramen).
You must go to a neurosurgeon. He will decide on your treatment but when there is a herniated disc that compresses nearby structures and causes a lot of pain, surgery is usually the treatment.
I wish you good health.
