Lump on the testicle, painless. What could it be?

Dear doctor, I have the following problem. While taking a shower a few days ago, i found a little lump on my left testicle underneath the epididymis . The lump has the size of a dot on a dice and is painless. I feel a bit uneasy to go to a doctor, thats why I use this chat service. Thanks in advance. Yours sincerely, Robin
