Lump On Lower Left Side Of Scrotum, Varying In Shape. Not Sexually Active. Treatment?

I have a small lump on the lower, left side of scrotum between my leg and scrotum. It has been there for roughly a month and 3 weeks now. It has varied in shape but has continuously been there. It doesn't hurt and is not an open sore, but more of a lump on the inside. I am 18 years old and not currently sexually active. It feels more like a knot than a fatty glob.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have a lump on inner side of scrotum and thigh.
This is most likely to be a sebaceous cyst.This are is very rich in sebaceous glands hence more prone to develop sebaceous cysts due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.

Normally no treatment is required as they fade way without ant treatment however need to be intervened if increase in size or get infected.
Please take antibiotics foe a week It is likely to get resolved.
