Lump On Left Side Of Clitoris, Light Periods, No Pleasure In Orgasm. Scans Done, Cause Not Found. Advice?

Hi I have a lump to the left side of my clitrous my periods have also been very light and only last a day or so iv had sexual healt problems for a while because I have pain in my left side when I orgasum where there's no pleasure only pain it's ruined my five year relationship iv had scans and no one can tell me why it's happening :-(

thanks for your query.
the reason could be a Bartholin's cyst.
It could be a vaginal cyst too.
Some kind of boil or abscess also could be a reason.
Infected hair follicles and glands are common in this area.
Benign tumours like lipoma etc could be compressing the nerves.
You need a thorough gynecological evaluation.
