Lump On Left Collar Bone, Spreading, Headaches, Back Pain. Recommendations?

I have a lump on my left collar bone and its growing in size. I also am starting to get a small one close to right collar bone. I have another in my right lower part of my breast and right lower back. I am a 29 year old female. I do have a lot of headaches and back pain in right side they r both pretty bad pains. any suggestions.
