Lump On Groin, Painful, Getting Twinges And Dizzy Spell. Had NF1. Is This Same As Before?

Hi I've noticed a lump on my lower stomach/groin near the right side..it's kind of gotten bigger since I first noticed it and is very painful when I touch it or lie down on my stomach..I've also been getting light twinges on my right side and the odd dizzy spell but I'm not sure if that's related to the lump..I suffer from NF1 but this lump seems very different from previous neurofibromas which I have had...

usually there some deep seated lymph node enlargement in groin to account for lump.See a surgeon who may give you anti-biotics and anti-inflammatory drugs,give you a complete blood count and FNAC of the lump or biopsy if the medicines do not subside it.
