Lump In The Breast. Painful Bruise On Breast. Breast Lumps?

I noticed a dark purple/blue bruise on my left breast about 2 weeks ago while getting ready for work in the morning. It was about the size of a dime or a little smaller. When I came home that afternoon, I changed clothes, and it had tripled in size to about the size of a silver dollar. Horrible looking, but did not hurt to the touch. Week one went fine, no pain. The beginning of the second week, it started to ache now and then spontaneously. A couple of nights I felt lousy, like flu ache. The bruise seems to be getting smaller, but now can feel a small pea sized ball in that same area. Any ideas?

Radiologist, Nuclear Medicine 's  Response
This is related to breast swelling and as I understand the size is changing if so it needs to be examined by your family physician to derive the cause for the same and administer appropriate treatment.
Without physical examination the breast lump or related issues can not be properly evaluated and without proper evaluation no further management is possible
with best wishes
