Lower Back Pain, Light Urine, Early Period. Muscle Relaxers, Pain Killers Taken. Recommendations?

I have been dealing with low back pain for almost three weeks now. When it first began, it was sudden and rendered me unable to walk without excruciating pain. It hit while bent straight over putting groceries into the drawer of our freezer. I was not moving up or down when it started, but did get worse as I stood up. I was put on muscle relaxers and pain killers. It's not as painful as it was at the onset, and there are even parts of the day where there is no pain at all. During those times, I am able to move freely in all directions practically pain free. When the pain comes back, it is a sudden onset and seems to concentrate on the right side, across my low back making an imaginary line from hip bone to hip bone. It is VERY painful to raise my right leg when laying on my back during times of active pain but it's not a problem at all when there is no pain. The only thing that I've noticed, other than the back pain that isn't usual for me, is that my urine is really light as if I'd been drinking a great deal of water - only I've not had hardly any at all. I have no fever and no frequent urination. No unusual bowel patterns. I did, however, start my period a few days early this month just a few days after the onset and the ending of it and the pain easing up seemed to happen simultaneously.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
If the back pain is persistent even after taking the pain killers and muscle relaxants regularly then you need to get an MRI scan of the lower back done to detect the exact pathology in the back.
