Low Neutrophils, High Lymphocytes. Having Body Pain. Anything To Be Worried?

Neutophils are low at 31 ( normal range 40-75) and Lymphocytes are elevated to 60 ( normal range 15-45).
Wbc 7.2. normal range. Any cause for concern for elev lymphs and neuts? Only symptom is pain achiness all over. This is about my niece. I am a RN and she always asks me medical questions. From my past experiences I told her that most Drs are concerned when the WBC's are elevated above the norm, not so much on the differential.
Am I advising her correctly?

Hi, Your niece has wbc count 7.2, neutrophils 31, and lymphocytes 60.
If she is aged less than ten years it is a common finding, need not worry, wbc count is normal, if any infection is there wbc count and neutrophils rises. Thank you.
