Hello,

I will suggest you to tell me about all symptoms you feel in your body. Interpreting lab tests alone, one may not come up with a diagnosis. Low TSH means your brain is not making enough TSH leading to low T3. A low globulin means protein making abilities are reduced. Little high MCV can be secondary to slow thyroid. All lab tests you have mentioned are important once they are correlated to your detailed history or symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
