Lot Of Acid Reflux After Routine Colonoscopy, Not Hungry, Abdominal Pains, Lightheadedness. Gastroparesis ?
Dr I am a 60 year old woman who had a routine colonoscopy a month ago and have not been the same since. Maybe its a coincidence. It have a 2cm hiatal hernia and gerd but not a whole lot of acid reflux. Each day its something different. Main complaints, not being hungry, feeling full after eating very little, on/off abdominal pain, feel like my stomach is in my throat, mid level back spasms after eating, hard to sit at a computer & type, on/off lightheadness, some neck/chest pain comes & goes, dry cough comes & goes, hard to take deep breath seems like food is stuck in upper area of stomach, could I gave gastroparesis without vomiting? Ive already had all lung.heart tests.

Hi, the hiatal hernia is expected to be since birth, but you never had this problem, only now after the colonoscopy, you are feeling all these. It appears to be due to the anxiety, of the report.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel for a week.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.

you are having problems with major food
if you have done all tests and nothing is being diagnosed it means you are having problem from one or more of major food we take
get blood serum tests for specific antibodies for milk wheat potato chana or major food we take daily
withdraw completely from diet and you may be benefited in few wk of ithdrawl
