Lost Voice, Heaviness In Chest, Difficulty Breathing, Using Puffer

Yes please, comPltely lost my voice, I am on day 5. I saw a doctor on day three where I had a voice but it was not laryngitis ( I had no symptoms) and my oxygen rate was at 97( pneumonia not a possibility). My chest is heavy and breathing is difficult at times. My voice worsened. The dr gave me a puffer but it s not relieving the chest. Your advice plz

I have gone through your query.
If your symptoms is not improving then go for --->
1. Laryngoscopy either by indirect, direct method.
2. X Ray chest PA view
3. Complete Head and neck examination by ENT Specialist.
For better diagnosis and management.
