What Causes Difficulty In Breathing?

I ve been having difficulty breathing for about 10 days. Currently on albuterol, prednisone, just started azithromycin today. Can breath better when standing. Having difficulty breathing while sitting or laying down. Feeling very tired but hard to breath laying down? Can you help?

Difficulty in breathing on lying down is called orthopnoea and indicates possible heart problem.
I would advise you to have a thorough cardiac checkup with EKG / ECG, echocardiography, pulmonary function test, CT SCAN of the chest under the guidance of a Cardiologist.
Proper diagnosis alone can find out the problem and treatment.
