Loose Stools Since C-section Delivery. Cause And Remedy?

Hi, ever since I had my daughter 8 months ago via c section I ve had loose stools , to the point its like having gastro . I have this problem daily, before the c section I ve never had any problems. 3 months ago I caught gastro since then the problem has become worse to the point if I m not near a toilet its a horrible situation. Doesn t matter what I eat it goes straight through me. & it comes on all of a sudden! & I just the worse stomach ache just before I get the runs!

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
The symptoms you have could be probably due to irritable bowel syndrome.
But before calling it as IBS, other causes should be ruled out.
A complete blood count, stool analysis, blood glucose, thyroid function test and tests for celiac disease may be done.
Take probiotic supplements.
