Liver Enzyme Test Done, Gall Bladder Removed, Active Lifestyle, Low Fat Diet. Safe To Drink Beer?
Hello doctor, I had AST107, ALT165 last year and I had gall bladder operation last year. And I used to drink almost every day . Now I lost my weight and ALT 135 AST 71. I have very high fiver and absolutely low fat diet only with fruit and vegetable. I have full energy and no problem. I walk every day for one houre for 6-7 km. Is it alright to drink a beer two or one time a month with a long gap?
