Little Finger Sensitive To Touch, Movement After Punching Someone. Solution?

I punched someone this weekend (out of self defense); it was only one single punch and my hand is very sore. this was about five days ago. I can still use all my fingers with the exception of my pinky. My pinky is extremely sensitive to touch or movement (but not bad enough I could nt type this). I was wondering what might be wrong with it?

Hi,
You may have fractured one or more of the small bones in your hand. I suggest you get an X-ray to check for this. In the meantime paracetamol and ibuprofen may help the pain. Also, try to elevate your hand when possible if it is swollen.
