Hello
Welcome to HCM

The symptoms of headache, heaviness etc may occur due to hypertension also. Get your daily BP monitoring done for atleast a week. If BP comes in higher range even with spirinolactone then consult a physician. Secondly get your B12, Thyroid function tests and steroid levels checked. If any levels come in abnormal range consult a Doctor. For headache you can take any OTC medicine analgesic. Lightheadedness, dizziness etc may occur due to tension type of headache also so if condition persist then visit a Psychiatrist.

Thanks
