Light Headed, Headaches, Heaviness In Lower Back, Head And Neck. Recommendations?
i am constantly light headed and have headaches around the side of my head, feels above my temples and behind ears.
I also get a huge amount of heaviness mainly in my lower back head, neck, and upper body (shoulders topof back).
been having this for weeks.
had mri scan and all clear and not my sinuses either.
I struggle to be myself day to day as achy and uncomfortable as a resul tof the above.

I understand your concern
Let me tell you that the causes of your symptoms are mostly related to either
1. Tension headache
2. Postural hypotension and/or migraine
You need a detailed neurological examination as well as to check the blood pressure in both the lying down position and standing. If there is evidence of postural hypotension your physician will guide you as per the cause
