Leg And Knee Still Swollen After Total Knee Replacement Six Months Ago
I had a total knee replacement six months ago. My leg and foot are still swollen and it swells more sometimes. I have a history of pulmonary Embolism and deep vein thrombosis.from surgeries in the past. I also have pain in the knee and foot. My feet have pins and needles quite foten.

Swelling can be due to lack of physiotherapy.
Another possibility of infection is likely diagnosis
DO NOT IGNORE INFECTION IN POST TKR .
You may need to investigate like CRP ,CBC,ESR
PCR culture is very useful to find culprit organism.
