Left side neck pain with tingling all over body, advised neurobion & methylcobalmin. Left leg pain still. Suggestions ?

i started preparing for prelims ias seriously and in the month of february i had left side neck pain i went to a dr he said may be some muscle problem and given muscle relaxant tablet then after little time i started muscle twinkling all over the body and dr advised me for some neurobion and methylcobalmin tablets. from the month of april i am having left leg pain which goes off after a sleep in night but more in the evening and when the weather is more cool why please suggest and i am now not under any medication .

It seems you might be suffering from some muscular strain.
For this you have to do some physiotherapy like cervical isometric exercises to relax the muscle.

You have to correct your posture while sitting during studies. Stretch your neck & back muscles , stretch your arms between your studies.

If pain persists you should visit an orthopaedician for clinical exam & inv if required.

In your nack pain is diagnosed as cervical spondylosis;-
Acupressure Treatment;
1. Bend your nack towards chest
2. get it back towards back as much as possible
do the step 5 time
3. bend your nack towards your shoulder
4. bend your nack towards right shoulder
Do this step 5 time
Now move your nead in all four direction slowly making bigger circle in clockwise and anti clockwise direction 5 times each.
do this 4 time a day till you reduce your nack pain.
Left leg pain;
you may place south pole of a med. power magnet to paining place twice a day for 1 weekto reduce pain.
