Late periods, stomach flutters, retaining water, nausea, gas. Should I wait longer to take pregnancy test?

I am 1 week late on my period. I am not in bc. I had my normal sypmtoms the week before i should have stsrted. Cramping, bloating ,hunger cravings. Now i have flutters in my stomach , retaining water some nausea at night and gas. I never had symtoms with my first pregnancy except bloating, gas and carpel tunnel set in. I havr taken tests all are negative. Should i wait longer or just get a blood test?

Thanks for the query.
If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation and think that there is possibility of pregnancy better go for blood test now.
Because sometimes urine pregnancy test kits may not detect early pregnancy and blood test can give more accurate result.
Meanwhile you can take symptomatic treatment like antacids, ante-emetics etc.

Take care.
