Late Periods, Frequent Urination, Feel Like Vomiting, Nausea. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Suggestions?

My period is a whole week late, I haven't had any spotting or anything at all. I have been using the bathroom more than usual, my vagina looks different, I've been really tired this past week, my stomach feels sick and after I eat I feel like vomiting, my boobs feel heavy and look bigger, I feel nauseous when I when I stand up after sitting for a while, and headaches. But I took three at home test and they came up negative.

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
If you don't have a history of prolonged cycles, there are a number of possibilities like a very early pregnancy, missed miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy or may be a false negative report. I suggest you should have a blood pregnancy test & a trans-vaginal ultrasound. These two investigations are likely to provide you with some helpful diagnostic clues.
hope this resolves your concerns. You may contact back if you have any further question.
Best regards.
