Late Period, Back Pain, Stomach Cramps, Diarrhea. Am I Pregnant? Should I Wait Some Days And Take Pregnancy Tests?

Hello,
I am newly wed 2 months back and this week i should have my periods on the 22nd of each month (30 day cylce). On the 15th I traveled back to my home country 3 hour flight. Now its the 26th and i am facing severe back pain, stomach cramps and diarrhea. Could I be pregnant or should I wait a couple of days to take a pregnancy test?

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
You can wait for some more day for a pregnancy test.
These symptoms may be because of pregnancy or because of simple stomach upset cause of a water change or stress.
So don't worry.
You can consult a gynaecologist for urine, blood test and ultrasonography to rule out pregnancy.
Good luck.
Take care.
