Lactating Breasts And Signs Of Pregnancy. Test Is Negative. Have Nausea, Gas, Diarrhea And Fatigue. Cause?
Hi a month ago my b reasts were lactating,I was showing all signs of pregnancy but neg tests results, the Dr tested me for pituitary tumor, which was neg. I was ok fir a few weeks but now I'm gassy, having nausea,diarrhea, and fatigued. I'm still sleepy and I had two periods last month and none this month. I haven't taken another preg test what can be wrong

Lactation from breast was due to hormonal imbalance.
Within one month there were two periods ,so chances of pregnancy is not at all.
This month there is no bleeding, this is cause of concern.
Evaluation of hormones by an Endocrinologist is very important step for diagnosis.
There are also nausea , gassy stomach, diarrhea, these symptoms may be due to stress.
Plenty of fluids with salt and sugar is sufficient for this.

Hi, Your breast is excreting milk, no period, pregnancy test and pitutary tests negative.now you are gassy, nausea, diarrhea, and fatigue.
There could be milking with out any cause . For amenorrhea you get the first, midstream urine examination for excluding the pregnancy.
Diarrhea etc are most probably due to food poisoning, i to my patients with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin, combination of omeprazole and domperidone, and loperamide whenevernecessory. Thank you.
