LFT Normal. Not Feeling Hungry, Food Tasteless, Lost Weight. No Result With Bclac Capsules And Vitamins. Diagnosis?

hello sir, I m a potential drinker since so many years. I ve checked my LFT - which is very much fine. since 20 days I m not at all feeling hungry also tasteless ness of food. I lost 7 kgs so far. doctor gave me bclac capsules and vitamins such as c, b12 and folic acid injection. I ve been into this medication since 10 days, but still no result. plz. suggest me with diagnosis and the exact medication. I m 33yrs old, ht. 6 ft, wt. 75.

Hi,
What do you mean by potential drinker? kindly elaborate the quantity,type & pattern of your alcohol use to clear the picture further. Are you passing clay coloured stools or yellow urine? Its good to note that LFT is seemingly normal but you should also get yourself checked for hepatitis B (HBV) & hepatitis C (HCV) for clarification of your problems. Till then you can continue the above prescribed meds. Good luck
