In your case if you have any deformity, Swelling or tenderness at the site if injury than it may be fracture of bone i.e. calcanus or spine bone. Their are less chances of fracture in spine bone because you are walking. But needs to be ruled out. Don t be afraid to go to ER. get your X-rays done and rule out the fracture. Till you get your X-rays done take complete bed rest and don t even to take chance to walk because an another single jerk to spine can cause serious complication.
