Jarring Back Pain, Knot Under Ribs, Mid Back. No Relief With Tylenol. How To Get Relief?

I have just started learning to play golf. I used to play baseball most of my life. Trying to change my swing, I have hit the ground several times jarring my back. I have a knot on my left side right under my ribs, mid back., I have taken tylenol but the pain just won't go away. I start feeling better then I just turn or do something wrong and it drops me. I tried using heating pad and Aleve. I can't even pick up a slightly heavy object

I have read your query in detail. The symptoms you have described are more likely to be symptoms of muscles strain.
To get relief from the pain and for quick healing:
1. Do hot fomatation at the site.
2. Apply local anti-inflammatory gel 2-3 times a day.
3. Take anti-inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen to reduce pain and local swelling or inflammation.
4. Do not lift weight or try to do exercise that involve painful muscles. Give proper time for the injury to heal.

Hi, it appears to be due to the gastric pain may be due to the hyperacidity, or peptic ulcer, or may be gallbladder pain due to the hit.
You may have to take M.R.I. for confirmation. I advise ypou to to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
