Itchy Spreading Bumps On The Elbow. Bumps Getting Bigger. Concerned

I have bumps on my elbow . They are really itchy and keep growing. It looks like a mosquito bite, but that s not possible because its winter and i m in the middle of a blizzard. A couple of weeks ago I got one of these bumps on my ankle. I didn t pay much attention to it and it soon went away. But now I have 5 on my elbow and they are getting pretty big. Any idea what it is? and what I can do?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello dear,
itchy bumps around ankle and elbow point towards an auto immune disease like lichen planus or psoriasis.
For now apply mild steroid like mometasone and take some tab cetrizine. Meet a dermatologist as soon as possible.
Thank you
