Itchy eczema on inner elbow, behind knee. Using trimovate cream. How to prevent dark scars?

Hello there, I have some very itchy eczema on my inner elbow and behind my knee. At the moment these patches are itchy and unsightly. I do not know what cremes to use to help heal them - I use E45 intense recovery and Trimovate. Both work quite well but I can t override the need to scratch . They are also going to leave horrible dark marks if they do heal - my skin pigments very easily

Thanks for the query.

Probably you are suffering from atopic dermatitis.

Folds of body are prone to develop this.

You are taking a correct treatment.

The dark marks can be removed by applying a depigmenting cream like hyde cream.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
