Itching And White Discharge In The Vagina. What Is The Treatment?
Hi, I have itching around & inside my vagina and a lot of thick white discharge & now the outside of my vagina by my thighs is turning pink all the way up to my anus ..can you tell what this is & what to use for treatment ? I thought it was just dry skin & was putting baby oil & olive oil on it..but its not working ..any ideas???

Welcome to HCM.
It is due to mixed infection.(bacterial/fungal).
Infection spread to upper thigh and anus due to severity.
It usually occurs due to improper hygiene after unprotected sex.
Avoid tight under garment,take proper local care,use medicated soap to clean.Avoid sex till get complete cure.
Start local clindamycin with anti fungal cream.use vaginal tablet containing tinidazole,clotrimazole and lactic acid bacillus to get faster relief.
Start complete course of oral antibiotic like oflox/ornidazole,moxifloxacin,cefixime,azithromycin.
oral anti fungal like fluconazole,itraconazole or terbinafin will be helpful.
Consult gynecologist for better guidance and perfect medical management.
