Itchiness, White Discharge From Penis, Swollen Foreskin With Cuts, Red Circles On Penis Head. Causes?
My penis has been itching, white liquids come out, and the foreskin of my penis looks swollen, It also seems to have small cuts. I seem to have red circles on the head of the penis. It looks like skin is coming off of the penis head. I have not had sexual intercourse. Should I go see a doctor or is there any medicine you can refer me to?
