Ischemic Colitis, Clots Large Varicose Vein, Mesenteric. Treatment?

My name is sue. I have a blood clotting disorder and an episode of ischemic colitis. Following this episode I felt a bulge in my lower left groin that is compressable. I have had clots in that left leg. I also noticed a large varicose vein on my left side. I m concerned about this and they throb. Should I have these fixed and how are they fixed? My email address is YYYY@YYYY . Why would I get this after an episode of ischemic colitis unless the artery is involved.
