Hi welcome to HCM
I have gone thru your query . I found you much enlightened , about the importance of working out for health , as a normal kid could be , even more than that at only age of 12 .

Yes dear , workouts are very much advisable for kids like you , for a matter
of fact , physical activity like , Walking , Movement , Swimming , Aerobics Yoga pranayam - Deep breathing exercises, Dancing , Stretching and Meditation and 6-8 hours sound sleep .is as essential for anybody as is any thing for our living .
Just because a person has a disability or impairment does not mean he or she is unhealthy. For that reason, a person with cerebral palsy should seek health care that treats the whole body.
Exercise programs, chalked out by a qualified trainer that will greatly affect a person’s health in a positive way help reduce stress on the heart, which helps to lengthen a healthy lifespan

A healthy balanced diet helps keep your weight at a healthy level, which is especially important if a person has significant mobility limitations. The nutrients provided by healthy foods power your bodies and your brains ,include lean proteins, fresh vegetables, whole grains, fruits, almonds , milk and a limited amount of fat and sufficient water .
You should consult a registered dietician for suggested meal planning, diets and food preparation.
Avoid fast foods tea /coffee , stress , worry ,over exertion & sleeplessness .

Hope helps you solve your query .Take care .All the best
