Is White Discharge With Menstruation Sign Of PCOS Or Endometriosis?
I actually have two questions, (Back ground of very resent very close together ovarian cysts rupture. Two, two months ago and two about 3 weeks ago) First: can your period be like a milky red? And two: with the ovarian cysts what does it mean if my periods aren t consistent, like have a period and then another just a few weeks later and then being late the next month. Is that pointing towards PCOS or endometriosis?

Since you have ovarian cysts, your periods can be irregular. It is indicative of PCOS. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist and get all required tests and investigations done. Get treated PCOS as neglect may cause you infertility and other complications. Get blood and imaging tests done to rule out cervical polyp, fibroids and endometriosis.
White discharge commonly occurs between ovulation and menstruation. If it is with menstruation and has foul smell, then it may be cervical mucus or indicative of infection. Fungal infection is treated with antifungal suppositories or ointments applied locally. Antifungal medicines are also taken orally. Endometriosis is accompanied with heavy menstruation that is painful. PCOS causes irregular periods.
