Is Watery Stools A Symptom Of IBS?

i have been told by a doctor the i have irritable bowel syndrome before but my stool for the past 2 days have be lots of water almost 3 large cup full and had a color of regular stool. I'm not sure if it is my syndrome or is it food poisoning or something else. I also haven't been able to eat really anything and i do get the chills a lot.

HI
Well come to HCM
This is not the symptom of IBS, if you do not lost the much water in the stool and not causing dehydration then this is nothing to worry, and this could be normal one and not due to any disease, such frequency of stool may be normal one with little water, unless have some clinical symptoms, like fever, abdominal pain, vomiting, if the symptoms does not improved then stool examination would be necessary, hope this information helps, take care.
