Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.

Widal test is a non specific test. This is actually an antibody response. So, even with sub clinical infection, antibodies appear and widal test comes positive.
So, only rising titers of widal are important.
I would like to know:
1. Since how long are you having fever?
2. Or is it that you are not having any fever but you just got it checked?
3. How high is the fever?
4. Any abdominal pain or diarrhea?

This is my personal opinion for you based on available details. If you have any further query please ask me.
