Is Tylenol Recommended In Case Of Sore Throat, Nausea And Stiff Neck?

My 7 year old has a sore throat mild nausea stiff neck. I gave her Tylenol over an hour ago when the temp was 100.4 but now it feels as if the temp is again rising. I can t check it again because she just had a few sip of tea. Also her voice has a muffled sound to it. Should I take her to the ER or wait til morning and take her to her doctor?

If there are changes in her voice, I would recommend having her evaluated in the ER. Tylenol and Ibuprofen would both be fine for fevers, but I don't recommend ignoring a muffed voice particularly if she is not eating well or is having trouble swallowing.
