Is Tingling And Twitches Due To Anxiety And Panic Disorders?

Hi im a 19 year old female and in the past week have had chest pains and aches in my shoulders arms hand and tingling in the hands and random twitch in my eye brow which lasted two days and went away. I have had a history of panick attacks when I was 10 years old but hadn't had one since until last night when the pain in my chest got worse and I began to panick. Could this pain and tingling and twitching in the previous weeks be linked to anxiety and panick disorders?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
The pain and symptoms of the past week could be due to panic disorder.
However, you should see your physician once and get a medical check-up. Once, as is most likely, you are given a clean chit for physical conditions, you should not keep going back to different doctors. You should stick to one physician. Avoid going to multiple doctors.
Avoid drugs and keep alcohol to minimum.
If you get more such panic/anxiety attacks, you should see a psychiatrist.
Hope this answers your question.
