my son may be teething but he woke up with dried milk around his mouth and his face was puffy is this normal

The dried milk around the face of the baby can be if he has had a regurgitation of milk or vomiting and the puffy face is not normal but you need to see if the baby is comfortable or is the baby crying due to pain;discomfort of any kind.Better option is to consult a Paediatrician(child specialist) and get examined and treated.
