Is There Chance Of Pregnancy After Unprotected Sex?

My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex 3 days ago, it was all spur of the moment so he didn t have a condom. When we were done he came on the side of my leg and i was bleeding. Today my uteris is a little sore. Is there a chance that I am pregnant? And can i get gynaecosid tabs over the counter?

Hi
Some important information is lacking in your notes like when was your last period and regularity of periods.
If you have had sex in the first week of your mensus or in the last week of your menstrual cycle then you are in the safe period and pregnancy will not occur.

If the day you had unprotected sex doesn't fall within this period then there are chances that you might get pregnant.
Since it is already 72 hours since you had sex you cannot use Plan B emergency contraception to avoid pregnancy.

Intrauterine contraceptive devise inserted within 5 days of ovulation also works as emergency contraception. In addition it is a reliable contraceptive method which you can continue. Do consult your Gynecologist

Gynaecosid is not an emergency contraceptive pill. It is used to start withdrawal bleeding in conditions of amenorrhea not due to pregnancy.
I hope I have answered to your satisfaction.
