Is There Anything To Worry After Experiencing Muscle Twitching And Hand Tremor?

Earlier today, I had a muscle underneath my cheek twitch repeatedly for a few minutes. It was visible in the mirror. I also had a hand tremor probably a half hour earlier than that. Both subsided on their own. Is this something I need to worry about?

do not worry at all. it will show some irritation in nerve. it will be resolved by itself. hand tremor is may be due to weakness of some muscle. some daily hand exercise like pressing the ball, making a fist hold for it for ten sec than relax will help u a lot. thank you
