Is There Any Way To Stop Coughing, Even My Mother Has The Same Problem ?

For the past few years I ve had random coughing attacks (about once a day) caused by anything from vinegar in the back of my throat to breathing, and it increases in frequency when I m sick. The coughing will get to the point where I can t breath and I start gagging. My mother has the same problem, so I was just wondering what that is and if there is any way to stop it.

I think that you have allergic cough which is induced by the fumes of vineger. So you should try Homeopathic treatment to get rid of your allergic problems.

Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum
There are various reasons for the cough to happen and continue for a long period. The commonest are post nasal drip due to sinus problems, laryngopharyngeal reflux secondary to acid reflux from the stomach, wax in the ear, chronic pharyngitis, etc. Cough need to be addressed depending upon the cause. 'If a water pipe is leaking the leak should be plugged in rather than clearing out the collected water'. Any more doubts you are welcome.
