Is There Any Risk Of Cancer Associated With Fibroadenosis Of Breast?

Hello Sir,

I am 29 years old and have irregular periods cause of polycystic ovaries and overweight. I have done breast scan cause it was painful and the result is BILATERAL BENIGN FIBROADENOSIS. is there any problem with me and future or cancer risk?
